WorkMate is built for small towns and rural Australia. Post a job, set a price, and connect with people who show up, do good work, and earn trust over time.
How it works
1) Post a job
Choose a category, write the details, add "materials on site" if relevant, and set your budget.
2) Get offers
Workers send a price. You can accept, or open a short barter window for better offers.
3) Job done
Both sides take clear before/after photos (optional, recommended). Pay via PAYID/cash as agreed.

Safety-first
- Workers can decline or walk away if an area is unsafe.
- Clients must disclose hazards (dogs, access, unsafe areas).
- Be sober and fit for work. No intoxication on jobs.
- Before/after photos help prevent disputes (optional, recommended).

Work Credits + badges
WorkMate rewards reliable workers with visibility and opportunity — without taking job money. The cash stays between the client and the worker. Credits unlock better chances.
Badges
Trustworthy (5 jobs, 5★) → Top Dog (10 jobs, 5★) → MVP (15 jobs, 5★).
Credits
Earn credits at milestones (e.g., +1 at Trustworthy, +1 at Top Dog, +2 at MVP). Use a credit to get exclusive first shot at a "sale" job.
After-hours
After-hours priority jobs can award bonus credits when completed successfully with a 5★ rating.
